I promised to journey with you with my chronic skin condition. Well today, I am sharing a low point in my journey.
Over the course of the years, I’ve learned so many things about my body and psoriasis. I began a journey of understanding how my body works and learned how to listen to it. I am still on the journey of improving my health but I have come a long way from where I was before.

After giving birth to my first child, my skin has always been inflamed. I came to a point where steroid creams and ointments do not seem to work anymore.
Being a psoriasis sufferer for so long, I know that changes in season can really trigger psoriasis flare ups and that’s why arming ourselves with a moisturiser that heals and ultra-hydrates our skin is a MUST.
